Making Your Mouth Work For You Not Against You

by Paige on February 15, 2010

I came across the book “Me and My Big Mouth” by Joyce Meyer early this morning and found it to be just the perfect read for a Monday morning. In the book she has a chapter titled, “Calling those things that are not as though they are,” and in the chapter a list of confessions she speaks over her life. I personally find that on Monday’s I have a long list of things that I want to accomplish for the week, but by mid day I’m still staring at my list and adding to it rather than checking stuff off. This can lead to some defeated thoughts and then onto letting those thoughts come out of my mouth. So this Monday, I’m taking a new approach and a cue from Joyce Meyer and sharing this confessions list she has in her book Me and My Big Mouth to speak over your life, your  family and your future. It has helped me already this morning so I of course have to share it with you. Feel free to add to it and copy, paste and print it out for yourself.

I will tell you that if this your first time doing anything like this, or if your naturally negative or cynical, then your probably going to feel a little silly saying these things out loud. However, you don’t have anything to loose by speaking truth over your life so go ahead and give it a try. We all might as well start making our big mouth’s work for us and not against us:) No Offense:)

Sincerely,
Paige
